April's meeting promises to be very palatable as MAW member, and frequent Fungi magazine culinary contributor Albert Casiero shares some of his extensive knowledge about foraging and cooking the mushrooms of gorgeous Spain. ¡Qué rico!

It's morel season, or at least it will be soon.  If you're new to foraging for these tasty fungi, here's a document of best practices by morel expert Tim Geho.  It's full of great tips, but unfortunately ... he didn't include any of his secret spots <sigh>.
