This month we're going to spend some time on the farm.  Max Dubansky is the owner/operator of Backbone Farm, and he's going to tell us all about the simple life.  At Max's farm, mushrooms are not only part of the commercial crop, but a true fungal partner used for composting organic waste, and bioremediation work too.

Max plans to bring some commercial mushroom products, including medicinal mushroom tinctures, dried edible mushrooms, and shiitake logs for sale.  Please be sure to bring cash if you'd like to make a purchase, which of course we'd encourage you to do.  We here at MAW encourage you to help out all mushroom farmers everywhere.
