MAWDC Meetup members who are not MAW members may attend this foray by registering here and paying a $5 participation fee online.  You will need the registration Code from the Meetup announcement to register.  

John Harper and Thomas Roehl will lead a foray Saturday morning at 10 AM, near Rockville.   You will receive an email with exact location details will immediately after you register

An online ride sharing application has also been set up for this foray via Groupcarpool.com, so you may be able to find a ride with another participant.  The email you receive after registering will include a direct link to this ridesharing application. 

If you have collected other mushrooms you would like to help identifying, bring them along.

Should be a good variety of mushrooms to see, lots of boletes, black trumpets, plenty of other things to see!  Seems to be a lot of boletes up especially.

Bring a basket for specimens you collect, a whistle to help stay with the group, and your favorite mushroom guide to identify mushrooms.

Bring a lunch with you.  After the foray (if the leaders are so inclined) we might try to find an unoccupied pavilion, picnic tables or a nice shady tree to sit under and examine and discuss the mushrooms we found on the foray, and provide identification tips.
