Join MAW's culinary crew for a day-long, hands-on mushroom brewing workshop December 11 at Baltimore's Waverly Brewery, owned by MAW member Roy Fisher!
Get ready to roll up your sleeves for a full day of brewing MAW's first official beer, a Turkey Tail Ale (working title). While the workshop is free, we ask participants bring mushrooms to add to the brew as well as a potluck dish to share. Details on culinary/brew contributions will be shared with registrants after registration closes.
Your participation will lay you claim to a share of the final product approximately a month after the workshop.
